Around the Role

In your role as a Sales Consultant for technical professionals at Adecco in Luzern, you actively shape the labor market. You connect companies from the technical sector with qualified candidates and ensure that both sides benefit sustainably.

Responsibilities

  • Betake and develop an existing customer portfolio and win new technical companies in the region of Luzern for our services
  • Recruit qualified candidates in technical professions and accompany them through the entire application process
  • Conduct independent customer visits, recognize personnel needs, and offer suitable solutions
  • Manage the entire mediation process—from need analysis to job description to successful filling
  • Present candidate profiles, advise competently, and support in decision-making
  • Care for close relationships with temporary employees and accompany them throughout their assignments
  • Monitor the regional market and develop strategies for acquiring new customers and skilled workers

Requirements

  • Completed education in a technical or commercial field, or relevant experience in HR, recruiting, or selling technical services
  • Enthusiasm for working with people and a good understanding of technical occupational fields
  • Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and a clear service mindset
  • Self-reliant, structured work style with initiative and responsibility
  • Very good German language skills, additional languages (English/French) are a plus
  • Regular use of MS Office, digital tools, and social networks
  • Category B driver's license is required for on-site customer visits
