About the role

Snap Fitness on Carmel is a club run and staffed by personal trainers. We have a small team who all contribute to maintaining the gym, selling memberships, supporting our members, and delivering personal training. Building a personal-training client base is supported by paid exposure to new and existing members.

Compensation

• 50% of the value of each training session delivered
• Hourly pay for time spent on training consultations, club maintenance, and sales coverage
• 10% sales commission on all personal-training, membership, and product sales you close
