What You'll Do Conduct complimentary Success Sessions with new and existing membersRecommend and sell Personal Training programs based on member goalsBuild and manage your own training client baseGenerate leads through member engagement, referrals, and group trainingSupport the Fitness Director with department operations and trainer developmentDeliver an outstanding member experience that drives retention and recurring revenue What We're Looking For Nationally accredited Personal Training certification (or related degree) preferredPersonal Training and/or fitness sales experience preferredConfident communicator with a passion for sales and helping peopleSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by resultsPositive attitude with a team-first mindset Why Workout Anytime?
