Personal Training Sales Consultant
Position Overview
The Personal Training Sales Consultant drives our fitness programs by engaging with members, setting up personal trainers, and fostering a positive team environment. This role requires a proven track record in sales, especially in the fitness industry, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Engage with current or new members daily.
- Take them through the CrunchONE Kickoff.
- Set them up with the personal trainer and Dotfit programs.
- Address customer questions, comments, or concerns.
- Absorb and update billing information for clients.
- Foster a collaborative environment among team members.
- Ensure trainers are subject matter experts and build trust.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
- Passion for health and fitness.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team member experience with a positive and motivating approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Certification in one or more of the following within 100 days: ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, Health Fitness Specialist, ACE Personal Trainer Certification, Cooper Institute Personal Trainer Certification, IFPA Personal Fitness Trainer Certification, NESTA Personal Fitness Trainer Certification, NFPT Personal Trainer Certification, NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, CSCS.
Compensation
$50,000 - $60,000 total annual earnings potential. Uncapped commission structure (base pay + Commission + monthly bonuses).

Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift or move 50 lbs. Physical effort includes lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking.
Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor degree preferred.
