Your Role as a Personal Training Manager
- Drive personal training revenue through effective sales strategies, lead generation, and client engagement.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of personal trainers, ensuring high performance and career growth.
- Oversee personal training programs to ensure a world-class fitness experience for every client.
- Track and analyze personal training sales, client retention, and trainer performance to consistently exceed goals.
- Foster relationships with members, actively promote personal training services, and cultivate a strong fitness community.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain a clean and safe training environment, and optimize scheduling efficiency.

Compensation & Benefits
- Earning Potential: $90,000 - $150,000+ (base + commission + bonuses)

Education & Certifications
- A High School Diploma or GED is required (a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred).
- CPR Certification is required.
- A nationally recognized personal training certification is required (e.g., NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, etc.).
