About the role

The Personal Training Director oversees all aspects of the fitness program, including training protocols, member engagement, and facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the fitness center, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Develop and implement training programs that meet member needs and goals.
• Engage members through personalized coaching and group sessions.
• Manage staff, providing training and performance feedback.
• Monitor facility usage and suggest improvements to enhance member satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote fitness programs and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fitness management or related field.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and wellness trends and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Current certification in Personal Training from a recognized organization.
• Experience with membership management systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay

$X per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with some evening and weekend shifts required.
