Personal Trainers/Coaches

About the Role

We are hiring personal trainers and small group instructors to work in our new and existing clubs, part of Workout Anytime, one of the fastest-growing fitness franchises. This opportunity is ideal for those looking to build a career in fitness within a results-focused organization with over 20 years of experience. You will have the support of a fitness club to help build your schedule and clientele.

As a trainer, you will guide clients through one-on-one training, teaching them to implement HIT cardio, weight training, and a whole-food nutritional program to achieve consistently amazing results. Our team of trainers collaborates to provide support and encouragement for each client.

Future promotional opportunities will be available to those who demonstrate excellence and leadership capabilities.

Requirements

• Nationally certified personal trainer (ACE, ISSA, NASM, etc.) preferred
• Outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills
• Enjoys interacting with a diverse group of people
• Passion for fitness and changing lives
• Motivated entrepreneur who is a team player
• Experience and/or related degrees encouraged, but on-the-job training will be provided
• Sales background is a plus
