About the Role

Workout Anytime is hiring personal trainers and small group instructors for our new and existing clubs in Cary. This is a unique opportunity to build a career in fitness with a results-focused organization that has over 20 years of experience in growing personal training clientele. We provide a supportive fitness club environment to help you build your schedule and advance your career.

As a trainer, you will deliver outstanding customer service, guide clients through one-on-one training, and teach them to implement HIT cardio, weight training, and a whole-food nutritional program for consistent results. Our team of trainers collaborates to support and motivate each client.

Selected candidates will receive training on our philosophies and nutritional programs. Future promotional opportunities are available for those who demonstrate excellence and leadership.

Requirements

• Nationally certified personal trainer (ACE, ISSA, NASM, etc.) preferred
• Outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills
• Enjoys interacting with a diverse group of people
• Passion for fitness and changing lives
• Motivated, entrepreneurial team player
• Experience and/or related degrees encouraged (on-the-job training provided)
• Sales background is a plus
