Personal Trainer I/II/III

About the Role

We are hiring personal trainers for our recreation facilities, Eagle Pointe and Bison Ridge, with opportunities available at Personal Trainer I, II, or III levels. As a Personal Trainer, you will design and implement goal-driven, safe, effective, and enjoyable fitness programs. Responsibilities include providing in-depth instruction on proper form, fitness guidelines, physiology, exercise modifications, client motivation, and monitoring progress. You will also supervise clients, create a supportive exercise environment, and continue developing your skills and knowledge.

Pay

• Personal Trainer I: $25.90 - $28.82 per hour
• Personal Trainer II: $29.04 - $32.13 per hour
• Personal Trainer III: $32.19 - $35.41 per hour

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Current CPR and AED certifications or ability to obtain within 3 months
• Ability to demonstrate competent technical personal training skills
• Nationally recognized personal trainer certification (ACSM, ACE, NASM, or NSCA preferred, but others accepted)
• Experience and education requirements vary by level:
  • Personal Trainer I: 1 year or less training experience
  • Personal Trainer II: 1-5 years training experience
  • Personal Trainer III: More than 5 years training experience and/or Bachelor's Degree in exercise science or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience (a plus, but not required)
• Spanish/English bilingual (preferred, but not required)
