Personal Trainer/Exercise Coach

No prior fitness experience is necessary, but candidates with experience in personal training or small-group fitness instruction will receive priority consideration. All employees will receive full training in The Exercise Coach methods and technologies and must be willing to participate in our exercise and nutrition methodology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized physical conditioning programs using proprietary technology.
• Assist clients with targeted strength training, professional coach-assisted stretching, and functional balance transformation.
• Participate in and uphold The Exercise Coach’s exercise and nutrition methodology.
• Complete required certifications (The Exercise Coach Certification Course, Stretch Coach Certification Course, and CPR/AED).

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the USA.
• Valid CPR/AED certificate from a nationally-recognized provider.
• Successful completion of The Exercise Coach Certification Course and Stretch Coach Certification Course (provided by the company).
• Willingness to participate in training and adhere to company methodologies.

Pay

$0.19 - $0.20 per hour, plus competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.
