- Play a pivotal role as a floor monitor, ensuring a safe and motivating workout environment for all gym-goers.
- Conduct equipment orientations and impart your expertise to newcomers.
- Foster a sense of community within the fitness space.
- Highlight the benefits of exercise and inspire individuals to embrace healthier lifestyles.
What You Bring to Power your Purpose (Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
- High School graduate or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- A current certification from a nationally recognized and NCAA-accredited organization (e.g., AFAA, ACSM, ACE, NSCA).
- Positive, service-oriented attitude and ability to work well with others.
- Organized and productive with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments.
- Strong communication skills, including listening for understanding and speaking/writing effectively.
- Foster a culture of inclusion and belonging, leveraging people's differences as strengths.
