About the role
The Chester Family YMCA is seeking certified Personal Trainers to design and implement exercise programs and to work closely with members. Responsibilities
- Work flexible hours to accommodate member needs
- Function as a Wellness Coach to build relationships with members
- Provide equipment orientations
- Conduct fitness evaluations
- Clean equipment
- Assist members on the wellness floor
Qualifications
- Current nationally recognized personal trainer certification (ACSM, NSCA, ACE, AFFA, etc.)
- CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications required
Pay
Personal Trainer pay range: $20‑$23 per hour; Advanced Personal Trainer pay range: $27‑$31 per hour.
Schedule
Evenings are required.
