About the role
The Swift Creek Family YMCA is seeking certified Personal Trainers to design and implement exercise programs and to work closely with members.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement exercise programs for members
- Work closely with members to support their fitness goals
- Work flexible hours to accommodate members' needs
- Work hours as a Wellness Coach to utilize time to build relationships with members
- Provide equipment orientations
- Conduct fitness evaluations
- Clean equipment
- Assist members on the wellness floor
Qualifications
- Current nationally recognized personal trainer certification (ACSM, NSCA, ACE, etc.)
- Current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications
Pay
- Personal Trainer: $20–$22 per hour
- Advanced Personal Trainer: $27–$30 per hour
