Pay range: $20–$22/hour (Personal Trainer), $27–$30/hour (Advanced Personal Trainer).
About the role
The Chickahominy Family YMCA is seeking certified Personal Trainers to design and implement exercise programs and work closely with members.
Responsibilities
- Work flexible hours to accommodate members’ needs
- Serve as a Wellness Coach to build relationships with members
- Provide equipment orientations and conduct fitness evaluations
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment
- Assist members on the wellness floor
Requirements
- Current nationally recognized personal-trainer certification (ACSM, NSCA, ACE, etc.)
- Current CPR, AED, and First-Aid certifications
