About the role

Hixson is now hiring personal trainers and small group instructors for its expanding Workout Anytime franchise. As one of the fastest-growing Fitness Franchises on the planet, Workout Anytime is seeking motivated individuals to build a career in fitness.

Responsibilities

Work in new and existing clubs within the Workout Anytime network
Build a schedule and advance your career
Provide exceptional customer service to a diverse group of people
Implement HIT cardio, weight training, and a whole food nutritional program
Train and support clients towards achieving their fitness goals
Participate in ongoing training and development
Be part of a supportive team environment
Have the opportunity for future promotional opportunities based on performance and leadership skills

Requirements

Nationally certified personal trainers (ACE, ISSA, NASM, etc.)
Outgoing personality
Excellent customer service skills
Enjoy interacting with a diverse group of people
Passionate about fitness and changing lives
Motivated entrepreneur who is a team player
Experience and/or related degrees are encouraged, but on-the-job training will be provided
Sales background is a plus
