Personal Trainer
About the Role
StretchPlex is growing, and we're looking for exceptional people to join our team as Body Coaches. This isn't a typical personal training or gym job. StretchPlex works one-on-one with adults who want to move better, remain active and independent, and continue doing the things that matter to them. Through assisted stretching, personal training, movement coaching, and recovery services, our Body Coaches build lasting relationships and help clients make movement and strength a consistent part of life.
Our mission is simple: Stay strong. Move well. Keep doing the things you love.
What Makes a Great StretchPlex Body Coach
Technical knowledge matters, but who you are matters just as much. The people who thrive at StretchPlex are:
- Humble. You care more about helping clients and supporting your team than receiving credit. You ask questions, accept coaching, admit mistakes, and learn from others.
- Hungry. You're curious, motivated, and eager to improve. You take responsibility, contribute to a growing company, and don't need constant reminders about what needs to be done.
- People-smart. You genuinely enjoy connecting with people. You listen well, communicate clearly, and understand that every client is different. You encourage without intimidating or judging.
Above all, our best Body Coaches genuinely care about people.
