What You Will Do
- C Conduct personalized fitness assessments and consultations
- D Design and deliver goal-based training programs for individual clients
- D Drive PT sales through onboarding engagement and upselling
- C Coach clients on proper form safety and accountability
- T Track sessions manage scheduling and follow up with clients regularly
- C Collaborate with the Fitness Director and front desk team to support club success
What We Are Looking For
- E Active personal training certification from a nationally recognized organization
- E Experience training clients in a fitness club or private setting
- E Strong communication and coaching skills
- E Sales mindset with the ability to promote training and add-on programs
- E CPR or AED certification or willingness to obtain
