What You Will Do
- Carry out personalized fitness assessments and consultations
- Create and deliver goal-based training programs for individual clients
- Promote training and add-on programs to drive PT sales
- Coach clients on proper form, safety, and accountability
- Track sessions, manage scheduling, and follow up with clients regularly
- Collaborate with the Fitness Director and front desk team to support club success
What We Are Looking For
- Nationally recognized personal training certification
- Experience training clients in a fitness club or private setting
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Sales mindset with the ability to promote training and add-on programs
- CPR or AED certification or willingness to obtain
