Training & Coaching
- Work one-on-one with clients to develop customized fitness programs
- Lead small group and team training sessions
- Offer education on proper exercise technique, nutrition basics, and accountability strategies
- Connect with members on the gym floor, at the front desk, or via social media
- Offer fitness tips, spot, and answer questions
- Assist with community-building efforts
- Prospect, connect, and offer complimentary assessments
- Follow up with potential clients and guide them through the process of starting personal training
- Collaborate with management to create a sustainable client schedule
- Attend weekly PT meetings
- Participate in mentorship, sales training, and continuing education
- Maintain certifications and stay informed about fitness trends and best practices
- Assist with equipment upkeep
- Assist in program design and tracking client progress
Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer (Must have a nationally recognized certification & AED/CPR)
- Outgoing & Self-Motivated (We want trainers who are comfortable talking to people and selling their services)
- Passionate About Fitness & Helping Others
- Team-Oriented with an Independent Drive (You’ll have support, but success comes from your effort)
- Sales Experience Preferred, But Not Required
- Open to Newly Certified Trainers (We provide mentorship & development!)
Pay
- Base hourly rate + additional pay per session based on session type
- Scalable pay structure with tiers for increased earnings
- Opportunities to expand into stretch coaching, small group training, and even group fitness (GGX)
Schedule
- Trainers can start making great money within weeks of onboarding
- 1.5-2 Week Onboarding – Shadowing, learning systems, and practicing sales
- Sales & Career Development Training – We invest in your success
