At Optimal Home Care, we're looking for an energetic, compassionate Personal Trainer to work hand-in-hand with our nurses and therapists in senior living communities. This is not a traditional gym position—it's an opportunity to improve the lives of older adults every day.

What You'll Do
- Lead engaging group fitness classes.
- Provide one-on-one fitness coaching.
- Develop individualized strength, balance, and mobility programs.
- Collaborate with nurses and therapists.
- Support wellness events and resident education.
- Help seniors maintain independence and reduce fall risk.

Pay
$30-35 per hour
