About the role

The Marshalltown YMCA-YWCA is seeking a candidate to join our team in fulfilling our mission to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all, while also dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all.

Responsibilities

• Operate within building hours: Monday–Thursday, 5 a.m. – 9 p.m.; Friday, 5 a.m. – 7 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. (Summer hours).
• Provide service desk coverage during Service Desk Hours: Monday–Thursday 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.; Friday 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
• Support YMCA-YWCA programs and operations as directed.

Qualifications

• Ability to work within the stated building and service desk schedules.
• Commitment to the YMCA mission and YWCA values of eliminating racism and empowering women.
