Responsibilities
- Conduct member orientations, biometric assessments, and goal setting
- Deliver personalized, safe training sessions
- Track client progress
- Build and maintain a client base
- Prospect and convert leads
- Manage scheduling, forecasts, and substitutes
- Complete required training and follow club procedures
- Work flexible hours
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Certified personal trainer
- CPR/AED certification
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
- Organized, punctual, friendly, and enthusiastic
- Quick learner
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- One year of experience as a personal trainer
