Join the Team at Banyule Leisure as a Personal Trainer Are you passionate about health and fitness and driven to help others achieve their personal goals? Join our dynamic team at Ivanhoe Aquatic Centre and Olympic Leisure Centre as a Personal Trainer and make a real impact in the community. This casual opportunity requires availability to take on personal training clients during the week and weekend, including early morning and evening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective and varied personal training sessions at Ivanhoe Aquatic Centre and Olympic Leisure Centre.
• Minimise the risk of injury whilst maximising results.
• Be available to take on clients during the week and weekend, including early morning and evening.
• Be proactive in managing and growing your clientele.
• Work with like‑minded colleagues to serve Banyule Leisure members and the wider Banyule community at a great facility with friendly members.

Qualifications

• Current registration with Physical Activity Australia or AusActive.
• Certificate III & IV in Fitness (minimum).
• Sound knowledge of biomechanical techniques, first aid, resuscitation and public safety requirements.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to perform at a high standard of service provision when dealing with people in a consistent, prompt, respectful, positive, and professional manner.
• CPR certificate.
• Current Level 2 First Aid.

Pay

Hourly rate of $59.05 (excluding super).

Schedule

Casual position with availability required during weekdays and weekends, including early morning and evening shifts.
