Personal Shopper - Sam's FT Fri/Sat/Sun Required

About the role

This position supports Membership growth and facility operations by promoting Sam’s Club products and services, ensuring safety, fulfilling orders, and delivering excellent member service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products and services, processing upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and meeting Membership goals.
• Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, adhering to steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until member arrival, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, and customers, identifying priorities and deadlines, carrying out tasks, communicating progress, and recommending improvements.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy.
• Embrace and promote respect for individuals by valuing differences, fostering an inclusive workplace, supporting associate development, and recognizing contributions.

Pay

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
