Support Membership growth by educating Members on benefits, processing upgrades and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility safety by adhering to all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and correcting or reporting unsafe situations.
• Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring order accuracy, securing items until Member arrival, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using company policies and resources, collaborating with managers and coworkers, identifying priorities and deadlines, communicating progress, and adapting to feedback and change.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, using the Open Door Policy and applying these in business processes.
• Embrace and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion by fostering a culture of belonging, supporting associate development, and recognizing contributions.
• Build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and motivate teams to achieve goals.

Pay

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00. The actual rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage for the job location. Additional premiums may apply in specific circumstances, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
