About the role

This position supports Membership growth and facility operations by promoting Sam's Club products and services, ensuring safety, fulfilling orders, and delivering excellent member service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products and services, processing upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and meeting Membership goals.
• Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies and resources, collaborating with managers and coworkers, identifying priorities and deadlines, and adapting to feedback and change.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity using related action plans and the Open Door Policy.
• Embrace and promote respect for individuals by valuing diversity, fostering inclusion, building strong relationships, and mentoring others.

Pay

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
