Role Overview

Supports membership services by promoting benefits, processing upgrades, and participating in sales events to meet membership goals. Ensures facility safety through adherence to safety standards and reporting unsafe conditions. Fulfills member orders accurately by reviewing, pulling, and securing items, and follows up on out-of-stock merchandise. Provides exceptional member service by assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting products and services. Collaborates with team members and management, communicates effectively, and adapts to change. Upholds company policies, standards of integrity, and fosters a respectful, inclusive workplace. Demonstrates a commitment to delivering results, continuous improvement, and embracing new technologies.

Pay

Hourly wage ranges from $18.00 to $26.00, with additional premiums possible based on work circumstances.
