Personal Shopper
Position Summary
Our Personal Shopper team is dedicated to building meaningful relationships with our Hanna customers. They serve as trusted advisors, offering personalized advice and sharing their expertise on our products, fabrics, sizing, trends, and services.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers daily through phone, email, digital shopping chat, and SMS, providing helpful information about merchandise, events, promotions, policies, and services.
- Cultivate customer relationships through personalized connections and serve as a trusted advisor on styling and brand expertise.
- Acquire and build a customer base by forming relationships with new customers and retaining and deepening existing ones.
- Recommend merchandise based on expert product knowledge and customer preferences.
- Strategize your own business growth and take initiative to increase productivity through suggestive selling and strong customer relationships.
- Achieve personal and business sales goals and key performance metrics.
- Utilize selling tools and technology to sell effectively across all channels.
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver the best customer experience.
- Actively create a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
- Maintain positive working relationships throughout the company.
- Plan timely and appropriate feedback/follow-up with the Manager as requested.

You Should Have
- Minimum four (4) years of demonstrable experience as a personal shopper, stylist, or as a retail employee or manager.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service–oriented roles with proven ability to sell products and services.
- Proficiency with technology platforms commonly used in retail and customer service, including email, chat systems, texting platforms, and CRM tools (such as Salesforce).
- Strong knowledge of fashion, keeping up with trends, and a knack for styling children's clothing.
- Attentive to customers' interests, requests, and boundaries.
- Ability to curate collections that are appropriate for every day, leisure, and special events.
- Must be flexible and available during nights, weekends, and holidays (Pacific Time) to support business hours.
- Schedules include one weekend and four weekday shifts.
- Demonstrated strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint, with a particular emphasis on Excel and Outlook mail merges.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud, highly preferred.
Pay
$20 - $20 an hour
