Responsibilities

• Display a passion about shopping for others (shop as though you are shopping for someone you love) and understand the store and vast array of product offerings.
• Maintain safety as the top priority in all aspects of our work, for our Team Members, guests, and products.
• Accurately select, bag and stage grocery orders for guests.
• Provide unparalleled guest service, constantly striving to delight and surprise our guests, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Assist with the collection, loading and acceptance of payment for customer pick-up and delivery orders.
• Provide assistance with online grocery customers via the phone and in-person.
• Inspire your fellow Team Members and our guests with a willingness to go the 'Extra Mile' to provide the best service.
• Demonstrate proficiency and efficient use of technology, including the Internet.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency while performing job tasks.
• Proficient use of mobile phone apps and texting.

Requirements

• 0 to 6 months of experience required; retail or grocery experience desired.
• Working towards a high school diploma; no high school diploma required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• At least 16 years of age.

Pay

The hiring range for this position is $14.00–$14.125 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and location.
