The Personal & Professional Learning (PPL) On-Call Sous Chef will offer assistance with culinary classes, dependent on the instructor’s needs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in food service or possess culinary background.
- Knowledge of food safety.
- Familiarity and experience working with diverse publics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous sous chef experience.
Physical Requirements
Varies by the needs of the department; primarily weekday evenings.
