Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Aid customers with policy servicing needs, including endorsements, billing, and claims support
- Answer incoming calls and route inquiries to appropriate team members when needed
Policies Processing & Administration
- Prepare and process policies, renewals, endorsements, applications, and related documentation
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up activities within agency systems
- Review and complete follow-up tasks to ensure requests are resolved efficiently and accurately
Team & Operational Support
- Support Personal Lines Account Managers with assigned tasks and service needs
- Ensure compliance with company procedures to reduce errors and omissions
- Aid with additional administrative or operational duties as needed
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Show strong detail-oriented skills and problem-solving abilities
- Display excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Show proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and agency systems
- Be self-motivated and capable of working independently
