Personal Lines Producer

Seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines (PL) Producer to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, with a proven ability to generate new business and drive sales. Experience in commercial insurance is a plus but not required. Responsibilities

• Drive sales and generate new business opportunities in personal lines insurance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Provide expert advice and tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Utilize Vertafore software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance; experience in both personal and commercial lines is a plus.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) licensure/designation.
• Proven track record of sales success and business generation.
• Familiarity with standard insurance accounts, with some exposure to high‑value accounts.
• Proficiency in using Vertafore software or similar platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Pay

Salary range: $55,000 – $75,000 annually, plus commission opportunities.
