What You Will Do
- Follow up with prospects – WE PROVIDE LEADS!
- Quote and sell policies
- Protect the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners
- Follow up and see tasks thru to completion
- Actively document contact opportunities
- Act with professionalism in all cases, using a sales and service mindset
- Licensing - Property & Casualty License required
- Insurance Experience – Personal insurance experience is required
- Multitasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all
- Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner
- Team Oriented – Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace
