Job Title: Personal Lines Customer Service Associate (CSA) Location: Columbus, Indiana Job Type: Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Personal Lines Customer Service Associate (CSA) to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with their personal insurance needs, including policy servicing, coverage questions, and account management.
