Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

About the role

Provide support to our Personal Lines Department. Assist clients with policy changes and billing questions. Act as a liaison between clients and our insurance companies.

Responsibilities

• Process policy changes, cancellations, and file claims
• Assist clients with billing inquiries and payments
• Update client information
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Quote new accounts
• Various duties as needed

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Two or more years of relevant experience in an office environment
• Experience with office programs and technology including Microsoft Office and Google
• Ability to obtain Minnesota Property and Casualty Insurance Licensure within first month of hire
