Job Responsibilities
- Aid in serving personal lines policies, including auto and homeowners' insurance.
- Support policy renewals, endorsements, and basic policy changes.
- Respond to client inquiries and direct requests appropriately.
- Communicate with insurance carriers and internal team members as needed.
- Maintain accurate client and policy records in the agency management system (AMS360).
- Identify coverage needs and support coverage recommendations.
- Provide professional, courteous service to clients at all times.
Minimum Requirements
- Licenses: Property & Casualty (ANY state)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Personal Lines with an independent insurance agency
- Strong working knowledge of AMS360 agency management system
Preferred Skills
- Some College; No Degree
- Licenses: Property & Casualty (RI or MA)
- Computer Skills: Adobe, DocuSign, MS Outlook, Zoom, MS Word
- Additional Language Skills: Spanish
