About the Role

All About Insurance, a Leavitt Group affiliate, is looking for a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join their team in Greensboro, NC. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and making a positive impact on people's lives.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer service requests in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
• Determine all impacts/needs associated with the service request, including impacts to other coverages or policies.
• Identify coverage gaps during routine service contacts and educate customers on risk mitigation.
• Document all contacts, maintain customer records and files, and update customer information for accuracy.
• Maintain effective follow-up systems and verify transactions with customers.
• Utilize technology to perform assignments and requests.
• Draft and send correspondence and perform other service-related tasks as assigned.
• Support team members and managers with service activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Property and Casualty License
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain compliance standards
• Dependable, with timely responses and completion of work activities

Pay

$40,000-$50,000, depending on experience
