New, Renewal, Endorsement, and Audit Process
- Assist in processing new and renewal business policies, endorsements/changes, and audits.
- Verify coverages on applications in EPIC against actual policy details.
- Discuss discrepancies with supervisors and determine necessary actions.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-line rating functions and quoting upon licensure.
- Aid Account Manager on special projects, mail outs, and submissions as needed.
Requirements/Qualifications
- High School Education with a College Degree preferred.
- Ability to learn Property and Casualty insurance in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computers and relevant office software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Above average verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain insurance license within 6 months to 1 year.
