Personal Lines Account Manager
About the Role
As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you'll play a central role in helping clients protect what matters most. You'll serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact, providing thoughtful guidance, proactive service, and tailored insurance solutions that support long-term client relationships. In this hybrid, full-time position based in North Easton, MA, you'll manage a personal lines book of business, partner with producers and carrier representatives, and help clients navigate coverage options with confidence. You'll balance relationship management, policy servicing, renewals, and remarketing activities while contributing to retention and agency growth in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service by responding to policy inquiries, endorsements, billing questions, renewals, and service requests accurately and efficiently.
- Market and remarket personal lines accounts to identify competitive coverage options, support retention efforts, and strengthen client relationships.
- Analyze existing policies to identify coverage gaps, discount opportunities, and recommendations that align with client needs and risk profiles.
- Quote and service new and existing personal lines business across multiple carrier platforms to provide comprehensive insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with producers and internal team members to support account growth, client satisfaction, and agency objectives.
- Maintain accurate account documentation and policy records within the agency management system to ensure seamless service and compliance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of personal lines insurance or account management experience.
- Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Property & Casualty insurance with a concentration in Personal Lines.
- Experience using AMS360 or a similar agency management platform.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Prior experience marketing and remarketing personal lines accounts.
- Familiarity with multiple carrier quoting platforms and comparative rating tools.

Pay
Pay range: $55,000—$70,000 USD. Any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to comply with applicable state pay transparency laws, considering relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. Roles may also be eligible for supplemental compensation, such as performance-based bonus, commission, or equity.
