About the role
North Cascade Insurance in Anacortes, WA is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager for their busy office.
Responsibilities
- Answer all inbound personal lines service calls.
- Perform service and sales for customers including adding/deleting/replacing vehicles, changing coverages, adding/deleting lien-holders and mortgagees, answering billing questions, verifying insurance, taking payments, cross selling, new quotes and handling other insurance questions.
- Handle customer service requests in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
- Determine all impacts/needs associated with the service request, including impacts to other coverages or policies.
- Identify any coverage gaps associated with a customer’s request and educate the customer on ways to mitigate their risk.
- Document all contacts, maintain customer records and files in a professional manner, and update customer information as appropriate for accuracy.
- Draft and send correspondence, and perform other tasks of a service nature and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Property and Casualty experience preferred.
- 2 years Agency experience preferred.
- AMS360 experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills; verbally and written.
- Detail oriented and able to maintain compliance standards.
- Dependable, provide timely response, and complete work activities.
