Role Overview This is a full-time Personal Lines Account Manager role with hybrid flexibility in Alabama. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and servicing accounts, providing customer support, and handling personal insurance policies. You will also assist with general customer service and contribute to the overall success of the team. Your key responsibilities may include: Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines accounts, ensuring accurate coverage and timely renewalsProcess endorsements, policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage updates with attention to detailConduct proactive policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and cross sell opportunitiesProvide responsive, solution oriented customer support via phone, email, and in person interactionsMaintain accurate documentation within the agency management system and follow compliance guidelinesCollaborate with Producers and team members to deliver a seamless client experience and support agency growth Requirements 3+ years of experience in personal lines insuranceActive Property and Casualty license requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in insurance software and Google WorkspacePrior Account Manager experienceComputer Skills: MS Word, Excel, Google, AMS, and CRM Systems Benefits Estimated first year total compensation: $55,000 - $65,000Base salary $45,000 - $55,000Commission on new business salesBonus opportunities50% reimbursement of Health, Dental, and Vision insurancePaid Time Off (PTO) 17 DaysPaid Holidays
