Personal Lines - Account Manager

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Affirmatively market and service accounts (new and existing) in a way that fosters new business development and existing client perpetuation.
  • Process client requests for service; gather necessary information for submission; verify and maintain account files.
  • Maintain an account and sell policies from beginning to end as well as maintain compliance responses for accounts sold.
  • Help train employees at management’s request.

Work & Education Experience Requirements

  • 2-4 years’ insurance experience
  • High school diploma or equivalency; some college preferred

Licensing Or Certification Requirements

  • MUST hold current Property and Casualty License in resident state; includes maintaining by meeting all continuation education and other requirements
  • Must be working towards CISR designation

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
