Personal Lines Account Manager

Position Overview

We are currently recruiting for Personal Lines Account Manager opportunities with insurance agencies throughout Minnesota. Multiple positions are available, offering a variety of work environments including in-office, hybrid, and remote. We are seeking experienced Personal Lines professionals who enjoy building client relationships, providing excellent service, and managing day-to-day insurance needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an assigned book of Personal Lines accounts
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Process endorsements, policy changes, renewals, and other service requests
• Review policies and coverage to help ensure clients' needs are met
• Obtain and process quotes as needed
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and agency partners
• Provide exceptional customer service and timely follow-up
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the agency management system

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Previous Personal Lines insurance experience
• Strong knowledge of Personal Lines coverages and products
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with agency management systems is a plus
• Applied Epic or AMS360 knowledge a plus
