WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage the day-to-day service needs of a Personal Lines client portfolio
  • Advises clients on appropriate insurance coverages, policy changes, and risk reduction strategies
  • Proactively identifies coverage gaps and recommends solutions aligned with client needs
  • Buils and maintains strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and internal team members
  • Marks accounts and works closely with carrier partners to secure competitive coverage options
  • Ensures accurate and timely data entry, policy processing, and documentation within agency systems
  • Responds promptly to client inquiries, policy changes, renewals, and claims support needs
  • Supports retention efforts through consistent communication and high-quality service
  • Contributes to team goals and supports the agency’s mission, values, and strategic initiatives
