WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage the day-to-day service needs of a Personal Lines client portfolio
- Advises clients on appropriate insurance coverages, policy changes, and risk reduction strategies
- Proactively identifies coverage gaps and recommends solutions aligned with client needs
- Buils and maintains strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and internal team members
- Marks accounts and works closely with carrier partners to secure competitive coverage options
- Ensures accurate and timely data entry, policy processing, and documentation within agency systems
- Responds promptly to client inquiries, policy changes, renewals, and claims support needs
- Supports retention efforts through consistent communication and high-quality service
- Contributes to team goals and supports the agency’s mission, values, and strategic initiatives
