Responsibilities
- Processing policy changes
- Responding to client and carrier inquiries
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Aiding in billing activities
- Learning insurance rating and management systems
- Assisting Account Managers and Producers
- Maintaining contact with clients to ensure they receive the best customer service
- Maintaining communication with underwriters
- Making efforts to market agency clients to insurance companies
- Completing policy changes, proposals, quote reviews, rating duties, etc.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Post-secondary degree preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Professional office and phone etiquette
- Willingness to obtain property and casualty license at our cost
