Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

About the role

This position is focused on pre-litigation. You will handle both pre-litigation and litigation cases, ensuring clients understand the process they will undertake, drafting all documents (motions, pleadings, discovery, etc.), guiding clients through the entire case, and attending and conducting depositions, mediations, hearings, etc.

Requirements

• Must be a member of the CA bar
• Must have a degree from an accredited law school
• At least 1 year of personal injury experience
• Willing to work at volume
• Open to some trial work down the line

Pay

$180,000 – $220,000 per year
