This is a great entry point into the legal field for someone who is organized, driven, and excited to grow within the industry. You'll work closely with our Paralegal to keep client cases moving efficiently from intake through the pre-litigation stage. What You'll Do Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing professional and compassionate communicationOpen new claims and set up case filesRequest and track medical recordsAssist in coordinating clients' medical treatmentFollow up with clients and providers to deliver timely case updatesMaintain file upkeep and organizationHandle data entry and case management system updatesProvide overall administrative support to the Pre-Suit ParalegalOther duties as assigned What We're Looking For Strong ability to multitask and manage competing prioritiesExcellent time management and prioritization skills Driven and goal-oriented mindset Resourceful problem-solver who takes initiativeLegal experience is a plus, but not requiredCustomer service experience preferredFront office or clerical support experience preferredComfortable working full-time, in-person at our Atlanta office Compensation & Benefits Pay: $20/hour, plus performance-based bonuses Schedule: 40 hours/week, fully in-office (Atlanta) Benefits:Health insuranceVision insuranceDental insurancePaid time off Why Join Us?
