Personal Injury Legal Assistant Job Summary: We are recruiting for a local law firm that is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Personal Injury Legal Assistant to support attorneys and paralegals in a fast-paced personal injury law practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases while providing exceptional client service. Must have Personal Injury law experience. Location: Pensacola Position Type: Evaluation HirePay: 20-22hr DOESchedule: Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday 8:30am-4pm 1 hour lunchResponsibilities: Open and maintain personal injury case files from intake through settlement or litigation.Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel regarding case status and documentation.Obtain, review, and organize medical records, billing records, accident reports, and other case-related documents.Draft correspondence, legal documents, demand packages, and other case materials.Assist with preparation of discovery responses, pleadings, and litigation documents.Maintain accurate case management records and document all case activity.Along with any other clerical needs, scheduling, etc. Qualifications: · 1 year of experience within a personal injury legal setting · Proficient in Microsoft suite, Excel, Word, Outlook · Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. · Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. · Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive client information.
