Personal Injury Intake Attorney

About the role

Quintessa Marketing is seeking an experienced, decisive Intake Attorney to support our high-volume personal injury intake operation. This is not a traditional litigation position. The Intake Attorney will sit at the intersection of legal judgment, intake operations, quality control, and client service. The primary responsibility of this role is to evaluate potential personal injury cases, provide real-time legal guidance to our intake team, and help ensure cases are appropriately qualified before being signed and delivered to our law firm partners. The ideal candidate understands personal injury law, can quickly identify both strong cases and potential issues, and is comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What Success Looks Like: The Intake Attorney will be successful when intake teams receive fast, consistent answers to legal questions; qualified cases move through the intake process without unnecessary delays; cases that do not meet criteria are identified before they reach law firm partners; case-quality disputes and credits decrease; attorney decisions are consistent and well documented; recurring issues are converted into better training, processes, and qualification rules; Quintessa can continue increasing volume without sacrificing case quality.
