About the Role

As a Full-Time Intake Attorney at Dimopoulos Injury Law, you will engage directly with clients in person and over the phone to understand their unique legal needs and guide them through the intricacies of their cases. You will be the first point of contact, answering calls and in-person inquiries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring clients feel valued and understood. Your role involves leveraging strong communication skills to build trust and foster meaningful relationships in a customer-focused, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in person and over the phone to assess their legal needs.
• Guide clients through the details of their cases with clarity and empathy.
• Serve as the first point of contact for calls and in-person inquiries.
• Answer client questions professionally to build trust and confidence.
• Manage client information and streamline communication using legal software and case management tools.
• Organize and maintain case files with attention to detail.

Requirements

• Nevada Bar license in good standing.
• 1 year of plaintiff personal injury experience preferred (recently Nevada Bar licensed candidates are also welcomed to apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in legal software and case management tools.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Customer-centric mindset to foster lasting client relationships.
